You can re-open your survey to make changes after you've submitted it, read on to learn how.
Step 1: If you need to update answers to your survey questions after it has been submitted, click the reopen icon to the upper right of the survey. This action will reopen the survey, keeping your previously saved answers intact.
Step 2: The status of the survey will revert to "In Progress" and the workflow to "Submission Pending."
Best practice: We recommend leaving a comment within the task to explain the changes you have made, be sure to @ mention the Assigned Approver.
Note: This action will reopen the survey for all assigned users. Be sure to coordinate with your colleagues before making any changes as they will overwrite the previously submitted version.
