Steps to resetting your password.
Step 1: Open a new tab or window in your browser and navigate to https://app.tablecloth.io. Click “Forgot Password?” underneath the “Log In” button.
Step 2: Reset your password by entering your email address and clicking “Send Reset Link.”
Step 3: Locate and open the email from clientservices@tablecloth.io with the subject: Password reset link for Tablecloth. You may have to check your Spam or Junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
Note: Password reset links expire after 5 days. If you are past 5 days, just start over and send a reset one more time.
Step 4: Follow the instructions by clicking the “Reset Password” button. You’ll be taken to a “Change Password” page where you will enter a new password in the indicated fields: “New Password” and “Confirm New Password.” Then click the button with the arrow on it to update.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the login page and see a message in the top right corner indicating that you can use your new password to log in.
Step 6: Log in to Tablecloth with your newly reset password.
