Accessing the Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base is where we house our step-by-step instructions on navigating Tablecloth and all its features.


Step 1: Click the top right question mark Help to navigate to the Knowledge Base. Here you will find the entire library of help resources.

Step 2: Use the help box in the bottom right corner of your page. When you click on the chat icon you will be prompted to ask a question or type a keyword. This will suggest articles from and direct you to the Knowledge Base to get you the support you are looking for. 

Best Practice: Be sure to use keywords so the system can parse the Knowledge Base to provide you with the most accurate articles to help answer your question.
